Unfortunately, my phone (iPhone 16 Pro) gets really hot minutes after opening the app. That’s why I barely use it. Would be great if this could be fixed! The iOS app functionality is pretty good, although it is simplistic and could be enhanced (e.g., tabs and Sidebar, etc.) ONE flagrant demerit mars the reading experience, NO Dark Theme/Mode. Tried multiple times after paying for my subscription. If you you think payment won’t clear, don’t offer me a subscription. Or let me have access for a day and cut me off if payment somehow does not clear. Who has time for nonsense delays? Your digital side was no help and can’t contact anyone at the magazine. I have sent so many emails to the digital side and never GET ANY RESPONSE. I am about to have to declare this as a fraudulent charge at my bank (because you have been billing me monthly for no access for k we a year or more ) or just cancel this card because no one will respond and that seems to be the only way to stop the madness! It means you don’t need data or wifi to read the magazine on your phone at a later point.
