The first of the New York Mysteries is an absolutely wonderful game. We meet Laura and Mr. Bishop in their first adventure. The hardest part for me is finding what I need to advance the story and game. Where did this key go? How do I use the lightbulb? I usually can figure it out, but if I am truly stumped, I can use a hint. I like that feature. I try not to use it, but it is there. Then there are the puzzles - the best part. Graphics are excellent, and the animated clips are a very fun way to advance the story.
