He’s still pulling down subscriptions and hadn’t updated or changed a single thing on any of the apps in over 4 years. Stay away! The information on the apps are extremely out of date. ### 1/5 — NYC not Ny *2019-01-31* Here again is another example of how the city is referred to as NY. I saw as advertisement on my IG account. Went to it and downloaded it. I do like the idea of the app. But i dont live in NYC i live in the Watertown/ Fort Drum area. Some of the information seems really good. As i was checking it out the app kept closing on me in the middle of reading the free stuff. As i am trying to click on some of the free stuff. Ny state tab as well as others just go to a loading screen and stay there. I see many bug issues. The app is free and you get limited information in its form, but with a small fee for yearly subscription you open up the rest of the app and you get yearly updates with all the new info for that year which is fantastic! ### 1/5 — 4 Dollars annual Fee *2018-02-01* Not only do you have to pay to buy the app, then to use anything inside the app it's another 4 Dollars, not worth it. There are other apps that provide the same service for FREE **Developer response:** I'm sorry you misunderstood the Subscription pop-up. As noted in the pop-up, you got the app for the first year at purchase price, then $3.99 per year after. It's a subscription app, so you had to subscribe to start with. We know there's been a lot of confusion with this, and are currently changing the price model to make it less confusing. But nothing else has all the content ours contains and updated in one place. This app doesn’t have testimonies and now they are charging you for a subscription where you have pay $4 per month. I paid like $2 dollars for this and after couple of days it was useless and now they’re asking for 5 Dollars to activate it. **Developer response:** Wow, so many things inaccurate with this review. First off nothing is better than ours! Read the review that officers that actually used the app have left. First off, We have Testimonies, it's the 4th button down on the app. We had a bunch of officers write in and tell us what info they wanted in the app. And we've pretty much added all of it. Testimonies was a big one, along with the Summons and Oath Summons. Our app has it all! Secondly; Yes, there has been a lot of confusion with the subscription pricing. Which we are actually changing as of today to try to make it less confusing. I'm just not sure when it'll all kick in, but itunes usually takes a few days to approve. But under this model; we were trying to give officers a year to use it at a reduced price, $1.99. But, being a subscription app, you had to approve the subscription which would pop-up and lock up the app. It does state very clearly, that it's free for the first year (at purchase price) and you'll then be charged $3.99 per year after. Annually, not monthly!!! We get it, you pay for the app then you get a pop up and see that it says pay $3.99 per year etc... and all you see is $3.99, when you just paid for the app already. Of course you're not going to see what the other part is saying. Please give us another shot. I know you'll be pleased with the content. And if you ever see anything incorrect or changed. Well done. ### 2/5 — Not complete yet *2017-11-27* I purchased this app....which has a yearly recurring charge built in, in the hopes that it would replace the summons app that no longer works with the I Phone updates. Unfortunately this app does not have the NYC VTL codes up and running yet. And the app is not as simple and streamlined as the old one with no “hammer list” option. Very disappointed so far. They really shouldn’t be selling this until it’s complete. Wouldn’t recommend yet **Developer response:** This app is constantly updated throughout the year. When users want features added, we do the best we can to add them. The app is currently being updated with A,B,C, and Oath summons with accusatory texts and a "Favorites" (Hammer List) tab as our users requested.
