## What is NewBeauty Magazine?

NewBeauty is the ultimate resource redefining the beauty space by Empowering women to make better beauty decisions, providing substance and depth on breaking beauty trends, in-office procedures, original reporting and product must-haves. NewBeauty features the most shareable information with its scientific, expert-driven articles on skin, face, smile, hair, body, and well-being. NewBeauty is the only beauty magazine offering its readers education powered by innovation.

This app includes downloadable versions of the most recent issues of NewBeauty Magazine, available via in-app purchase, or via a Digital Subscription.

*Digital Subscription*
• The subscription lasts for one year from the date of purchase and costs $4.99/year
• The subscription allows access to all published content in the app
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

I’ve had this subscription for years with no issues. The 2026 spring issue will not load. I’ve contacted New Beauty customer service - no help at all. I’ve contacted Apple Customer service to return my money - no reply.  Sad because I did enjoy the magazine.

I love the magazine so much but unfortunately the app doesn’t work at all. I have reported the problem 3 times but have to give up because there is no response from the company. 
Please fix the app so user can use. There is no point to give 1 free month trial while this doesn’t work.

Recently, when using the app and trying to access NewBeauty.com features, a message appears stating that the site uses cookies and there is a green box with OK in it on the bottom left of the statement. It does not disappear when tapping on it and you cannot access the articles like before. I tried clicking on app support through the App Store, which also has the “Cookie Statement” and green OK box; it works correctly there, though.

The Magazine portion of the app works correctly. Please fix this problem. Thanks.
