I didn't find out anything about how to manage NBS mortgage via Mobile app or Internet bank. How to make payment via mobile app or Internet bank? How to set up mortgage payment for personalization via mobile app or Internet bank? How to monitor mortgage balance via mobile app or Internet bank? Actually, all above services and functions are really really simple and basic to make mortgage visibility anytime. However, I didn't find out anything about these. So, one star is deserved.

Every time I try to log in, the app just crashes.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled it, tuned phone on and off etc, but crashes after putting PIN number in, or Touch ID

I’ve liked this app but recently I can’t get in. The app keeps crashing after the Face ID log on process.

The app is decent to keep track of your savings and LISA balance but would be extremely useful to have a progress bar or a section with a figure to show you how much until you have reached your yearly £4000 amount for the tax year. I can obviously do the maths myself but that sort of interface on the app would make it even better.

The app is good in that I don’t need to go through the website. There needs to be clearer definition between the buttons when logging in (provided this feedback during beta testing). Everything else seems fine - look forward to further updates.

The app is great and love that I don’t need to go through the website all the time now to check my account. However there are small things that would make it a bit nicer to use like:
- clear definition between the buttons on the keypad
- When asked to accept the terms and conditions make it clearer you have to scroll down to accept
- Dark mode support (it’s very bright when the rest of your phone is in dark mode)

Seems fine but I don’t have the icon on my Apple iPhone XI so I always weirdly need to access via the Ap Store.
