I had been looking for a specific button up style for quite a bit of time and I finally found it on Newchic. There was a fairly good sale so I decided to order two of them. I was pretty excited, on the website the two that I ordered looked like a thinner and longer design instead of wider and shorter which was EXACTLY what I had been trying to find. I ordered the shirts and they arrived slightly earlier than the estimated shipping time which was very nice. Once I opened them I quickly noticed that NEITHER of the shirts were longer and thinner like they were portrayed on the website, they were both super wide and short. Not only that, one of the shirts I ordered had a dark white color in the pictures, but when I took it out of the bag it was very brown and not even close to the whiter color in the picture. The other shirt WAS the correct color, however neither of them were the silky & loose material that they were portrayed as on the website and felt kinda cheap. I mean I guess I could've just gotten the two bad shirts and the rest of the site really is fine, but I don't wanna risk that theory and end up with more clothes I won't wear. Proper sizing can be an issue as well as long delivery schedules. But, it’s worth the wait and you know that your items are unigue! As an artist I’m always on the lookout for comfortable trendy tops and pants....as well as clothes that are all or mostly made of cotton, as I am unable to wear most synthetics. However, don’t be in a hurry to receive your order. Your items are coming from overseas and can take as much as two months to arrive. Everything comes nicely folded and in a bag. It’s fun to have fashions that aren’t the same as everyone else is wearing. Always getting complimented on many of the purchases I’ve made. ### 2/5 — Can’t order in US if your state starts with any letter beyond “T” *2019-03-03, version 4.5.0* I love the deals on New Chic, but I can’t place orders from the app. I have to order from the website instead. On the shipping address form in the app where you select “Zone”, a scroll-down list of US states appears. But you can’t scroll past the section for the letter “T”, so if your state starts with, say, a “W”, like mine does, then you can’t select your zone. And if you don’t select a zone then the address is invalid and you can’t place the order. ### 5/5 — Beautiful Boots *2019-02-14, version 4.4.1* Love these boots! The colors and design are over the top gorgeous ! I ordered one size larger based on customer reviews. I would have been fine ordering my size. But I will use orthotic and will be just fine. They do smell funky when I unpacked them. Sprayed with Febreze spray and I am sure as I wear them outdoors the smell will totally go away. Did with another pair I received earlier. Be aware they are shipped from China so takes a while to arrive. These took 5-6 weeks. I paid with PayPal in case I had issues but I am totally happy. Will order again. The variety of men’s garments is unlike anything I’ve seen at any other site, which is what keeps me coming back. If you’re a man who cares about the way you look, and have an eye for things just a bit unusual, this is your site. No doubt you’ll find things you can only shake your head at, but take it in stride...you’re sure to find that topcoat with a tasteful flare in a variety of colors difficult to find elsewhere. I’m tired of the tan, brown, grey, black and olive world of men’s clothing that permeates the United States in every corner. I’m tired of seeing the old, tired, tried and true look of men’s fashions that put everyone to sleep...but I’m also not interested in something so flashy and trendy that you’re embarrassed to put it on, let alone wear it outdoors. Elegant and understated apparel is what I look for, and have found much of it at Newchic. Just be careful when ordering to select the correct size...go with the measurements provided instead of S, M, L, XL, etc. Asian sizing is completely different than American, and most items are slimmer cut than you may be used to. Sizing is something very few men seem to know about themselves, but if you want to look your best, know your measurements. I ordered a decorative pillow & while it isn't the color combo I ordered, it's still a really nice pillow & is much larger than I thought it would be. I got my son a pair of shoes & while next time I will order a larger size (those European/Asian sizes are hard to nail down), they are a really nice pair of shoes. He likes wearing them (he's autistic & difficult to buy for) & he has gotten a lot of compliments on them. I would advise you stay faraway. The app look so nice with beautiful designs, but by the time you placed an order, forget about ur money. I order just 2 cap, I was told it’s going to take about 3 weeks😒I was like it’s far but I can be patient. It’s been forever and my order is yet to arrive. When I check on the app it kept showing processing 🤦🏽‍♂️not even shipped. It dawned on me that I have been scammed! 😒I believed those dropping good reviews are part of them. I chatted with customer service and she said one of the items was back ordered and will be available on august 19. It’s now august 20 and no word on whether any of my order is shipped or processed. Spoke to customer service this morning and he said the order was shipped on august 18 all except the one back ordered item and I should’ve gotten an email stating such but I never got any email from them regarding anything about my account. Nothing. No SPAM either. I don’t like liars and scammers. I just want my money back but they can’t refund me my 100$ because they can’t track the package that was supposedly shipped. The worst online experience. Never again. Never overseas again. The quality is very cheap and I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Some of the shirts are not breathable at all and just made of bad synthetic materials that look like cheap costume material. Also shipping takes forever. It will tell you the number of days it takes to ship. However, that number is only dependent on AFTER they dispatch the product from the warehouse. One of my orders was placed over a week ago and it still hasn’t left. So I still need to wait 10-15 days, (considered “priority air mail”) that I had to pay for, after it is eventually sent whenever that may be. The small shirts I ordered fit like a medium or large. They are huge. You should definitely only order if you’re into the oversized look. Aside from that, the return policy might as well be nonexistent. I called to return 2 shirts in separate orders. The customer service rep said that I would have to pay for shipping and it would likely be more than the shirts, since I would have to pay for international shipping to China. He also said I would have to pay for shipping for each item in separate packages and I could not ship them in one package. Therefore resulting in even higher shipping fees. I received an confirmation email, so I thought everything was taken care of. When I checked the app the next day, it said I hadn’t successfully finished the payment, But the money had already been taken from my account. I waited a few days to let the refund process take place, but nothing happened. Today, I have tried calling the customer service number that’s on the app, and I have got straight to voice mail 3 times. I ordered a jacket, a shirt and some pants. It’s now coming up on two months since I placed this order. I emailed the invoice to their customer service, they can’t provide me with any details or the status of my order. But they had no trouble taking my money. This company is bull crap. The shoes are made of leather and very comfortable. The dresses are well made, and I can see this as a seamstress, with zippers, some covered seems and easy waistlines. Most of the fabric is cotton and has been pre-shrunk, also requiring a bit of an iron. I have ordered several and wear them often. It never fails that whenever I wear them I get at least one or two compliments from women and men. A gentleman around 75 years old sitting in our doctor’s office today, with his wife, said how much he liked my shoes and needed to get his wife a pair. Fantastic deals! I have had bad experiences with things not fitting when I shop from China. Here, they put actual and accurate measurements for each size. It often changes by item, so you have to check each one, but then you can be pretty sure it will fit. For bras, I need to add an extra 2 inches, and then you can get some amazing deals on them. They also have some funny lighthearted items like the bra and underwear case that looks like a giant bra. My one recommendation would be to look at the size chart, and order according to your measurements. The European sizes do differ from US sizes, so order via the measurement chart.
