But it's always been hard to make it a habit, because I'd have to go find my journal and turn through pages and break my flow in order to refer back every few steps. NewDay changed everything. Programming flows within NewDay enabled me to turn any activity into dynamic, voice-narrated flows that I can activate with a single tap.
