## What is Newgate Wellness?

Newgate Labs makes food supplements in the UK. This app is the simplest way to explore the range and keep on top of what you take.

• Browse every Newgate product by type: multivitamins, vitamins, minerals, omegas, collagen, botanicals and sports nutrition, with plain-English notes on what each contains.
• Build your routine: add what you take, tick it off each day, and get reminders at the times you choose. Reminders are scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to us.
• Health check: record your own blood-test results and see how they sit against UK guidance ranges, and check your daily intake against the safe upper limits. This is general information, not medical advice.
• Health Quiz: three questions, straight answers about what to look at.
• 21-day plans: one small step a day towards a goal you choose.
• Learn: short films with nutritionist Liza Raven, and the Newgate Health magazine.
• Buy on Amazon: every product links to its page on Amazon UK, where price, stock and delivery are shown.
• Sign in with Apple or Facebook to keep your routine under your name, or continue as a guest. Everything stays on your device.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This app does not give medical advice; speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting or changing any supplement.
