Will never go to any other payment platforms now ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do Not Sign up if you don’t know the Personal Trainer *2025-07-11, version 1.3.13* If you’re a client to these Personal trainers there’s no way of cancelling your subscription,how is this even legal. My PT has gone to jail and my subscription is still going. I’ve talked to support so many times to get them to cancel the subscription but they won’t. They just keen leaving me on “SEEN”. I’ve had to cancel my card so the payments stop coming out. If your testing a new PT or service and don’t know or trust them, don’t go on this site as they won’t cancel your subscription even if you follow all the terms and conditions, your literally locked in and can’t get out without cancelling your card. Definitely stay clear of these guys there a SCAM. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-06-16, version 1.3.13* Horrible customer experience. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed app *2025-04-22, version 1.3.11* This app may appear easy to use but as a client I have no control over my payments if I pay for a week and do not get my service I cannot pause the payment only the provider can if they choose not to pause I keep paying for the service. If they choose not to communicate or end the payment I have no way out of the subscription. I cannot see how this is legal in Australia. I will never use a payment app like this again as sure my trainer gets their money on time but if they don’t provide my training I have to trust they will pause the payment- the app is designed for the unorganised so no guarantees they can organise a pause. Customer support - which is done by email and is difficult to find - not at all accountable for the merchants they host on the platform. Also, I have a cancellation policy for my business and as soon as the client disputed it, they took the money out of my account, no questions no contact, nothing.
