Arrived on time and drove right to my destination. Couldn’t have done better myself. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-08-31* If you can’t rely on the app to be accurate and for the driver to arrive on time to get you to an important medical appointment, then the program is really worthless. Unacceptable. *2023-07-24* Customer service rep told me there are only 3 vans operating…on a Monday. In the Summer heat this is very unprofessional & careless for wealthy Newton/Wellesley Hills. ### 3/5 — Long wait times and rides *2023-06-12* It’s a great idea to do a ride share in Newton to reduce traffic, which is much needed. Unfortunately, to cover the size of Newton (geographically big!) we need more drivers. The wait times are so long that many don’t want to use them. Secondly, the GPS app they use is extremely inefficient. Last time, it took us in completely the wrong direction down Route 9 during stop and go rush hour traffic, just to come back to near the starting spot. I booked a ride an hour ago and it’s still taking it’s sweet time. Said the ride was thirty minutes away and it’s been an hour now. Not reliable at all ### 3/5 — Notification settings?? *2022-10-30, version 4.3.5* There’s no way to turn off notifications that are not related to the ride. I get notifications every other day about nothing in particular and there’s no way to turn them off. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — Horribly unreliable for a timely commute *2022-09-21, version 4.3.5* I was super excited when I found this app as I thought it would be an inexpensive way to get to and from the T in order to get to and from my university in Boston. Unfortunately the past few days the only ride options have consistently been over 30 minutes away. In addition the app consistently underestimates how long it will take for the driver to get to the pickup point.
