To register for a Newpay account, you need to do this at checkout when you're looking to make a purchase. You'll need to click the 'Newpay' option. You'll then have a soft search credit check to determine eligibility. If successful, you can then complete your transaction and your Newpay account would become active. It’s a load of rubbish! Disgraceful company *2024-08-08* Keep putting £12 charges on for late payments and have put me from 0% interest contract to a 49.9% interest because of these ‘late charges’ but I noticed they were taking my Direct debit out LATE and then blaming me for them bouncing back. I have direct debits set up on that date for a reason, if you don’t take them on time that is not my issue. Already told them I’m taking them to court over it.
