Went to Apps and found NewRez but cannot get shortcut back. What’s going on??? ### 1/5 — Old school outdated bank and app *2026-06-23, version 4.11.0* If you like your accounts interconnected, Newrez will be a painful one. They do not modernize to accommodate any of that. Even linking banks just for transferring, you’re locked into having to write up the account and routing numbers like it’s 1999. We are not receiving a six-digit verification code via sms and the “Re-send Code” feature, doesn’t work either! It’s not my carrier or any settings blocking Newrez, as I’m still receiving sms verification codes from my banks and other companies I deal with, and I’m pretty sure other Newrez customers can relate.
