Drives me crazy!! I tend to just scroll the news on the website. This is so frustrating that I have considered deleting the app entirely, but I have talked myself into waiting on an update. Well I decided to check the reviews to see if anyone else has had the same issue. Yep. Seems that this has been a known issue for over TWO years. I guess they just don’t care to fox their known glitches. So I will be deleting. When i opened the app it asked me to allow notifications, so I did because I need them for the weather. When I tried turning off the news notifications I realized there was not an option to do so unless I turn them off completely. I frequently find that I’m unexpectedly back at the top item. Very challenging compared to other web pages using iPhone.
