Sometimes the pages icon at the bottom of the screen on my iPad won’t respond to my touch to quickly go to another section. All the bottom icons are unresponsive when that happens. Glad to get “some” local news, but even the Local section only has one page of truly local stories. I miss some of the local news, but I’m grateful still to have a local paper. ### 4/5 — Good paper wonderful funny pages *2025-10-24* I began reading the DNJ 49 years ago when I would visit my parents who had retired to NSB from Ontario. I’m still reading it. I encourage editors to maintain healthy local news and high school sports. I also enjoy the comics Read in order, comics, then sports, next local and finally national news. The new App preserves the actual News Journal under ‘enewspaper’. Why am I paying for a service that doesn’t maintain the basic programming and upkeep of software to run the platform.
