## What is NEWT?

Newport East Wales Triathlon Club app. This is the app for all things Triathlon at NEWT. Sign up for a free account and access club information especially during this difficult time.

Discover who is on the club committee and who is a club coach. Easily access information on which days there are club training sessions and their locations.

Need more information on Swim, Bike and  Run training? The NEWT Triathlon Training Page allows you to access specific training information that will be updated frequently on Swim, Bike and Run. Find photos of NEWTs participating in Triathlon on the Gallery sections.

You may be on a long bike ride and need to discover what is in your immediate location. Find that local coffee shop or a bike shop for that needed repair.

During Triathlon there are lots of things to remember especially during race day. The NEWT app 'My To Do List' tool allows you to list what you need to remember and then check the items off your list. Never forget that important piece of kit again.

We all need inspiration. The NEWT Training Quotes section has specific Triathlon quotes that will inspire you when needed.

This is the NEWT app built in the club colours.
