Booked on app and said 5 minutes in app for 20 mins, called them them the be told not taking bookings. Why did the app not say this??

Really prompt service and app is handy for pre-booking but be warned that it doesn’t include any tariffs in its estimate other than the day rate - booked at 11:55pm, it said maximum £43, assumed it would have calculated the time and rates but actually it was £65 and apparently we were the ones who should have known the price quoted would be wrong.

Can't receive 4 digit code to download app. Previously the app worked well but it seems their who text system if failing to send the text !!
