App worked great, but will not work on the iPhone 11 Pro.

Have auto loan through them and if pay online or through app they charge you, only other way is mail, we all know USPS is a joke if you want it to get there, or automatic draft.  Now their app will not let me make a payment keeps giving an error msg.  Very frustrated with this bank!  Every month there’s some kind of issue and only had loan for 4 mos!

If you use the app and close it without logging out, next time you login you will get a time out notification. Then, you have to login all over again. This is very annoying.

App works great except for making a deposit, seems to have issues but does t tell you what is wrong with mobile deposit. Sometimes it goes through and you do not know it bc no confirmation the other times the deposit doesn't take.

The app itself is wonderful, when it works and updates appropriately. Would love it if it would even open on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Im glad that newton federal have app to track my account anytime. But i would like that app can have an extra option "save my password" so everytime i click in app, it will automatic log straight in my account instead have to sign in password all the time if i wanna look. Oh and app would be more great if it have options like notify to owner via app everytime i purchased something from account, this option will more secure to account owner. But anyway, im glad to have this app now. :)
