I downloaded this app to report an issue. When typing, the keyboard covers the dialogue box! I had to frequently hide the keyboard just to see where I was in my report. Also, I received an email that my issue had been resolved. When I went to the app to view the resolution, there was nothing there! Did the app developer forget that part? Was any thought put into this absolutely worthless app? I expect better. Not worth the download and space taken in memory.

I use this app all the time and struggle with it not working with Newton’s poor cell coverage. I end up submitting duplicate requests because I can’t tell if something was submitted successfully. In the latest iteration I am prompted to login AFTER I submit the request and don’t get a confirmation that it was submitted so I resubmit and then get things canceled due to being duplicates.  Even on wifi the app is so slow.

This could be so much more functional….

Newton should be embarrassed to have this out in the world. Holy cow is it bad.

These municipal service apps are a great idea. Sadly, this is the worst I’ve seen. I urge the City to dump this provider and start over. There are several credible successful vendors out there.  Citizens, struggle with this if you must, but tell the
City to dump this app and get a good one.

I report potholes all the time with this. And the latest version was improved by placing frequently reported categories up top, and the “map” function now tries to helpfully enter an address automatically. Unfortunately it’s a different address from where one sets the pointer; a glitch I hope they can fix!

It seems like with a little attention to the underline code this thing could work properly

I just tried to submit a dead raccoon alert as I drove cross town and the "find me" did not work and so I pulled over and typed in the address but failed to end because even though the state was already selected as MA my clicking "submit" request was rejected because it said the state wasn't selected. See previous sentence

In a world where Microsoft has made mediocre software the norm this is a normal piece of software

From the App Store I click the app support and it want to me to create ab account.
