Not at all intuitive how to use it. Lists are useless and the ai constantly guesses things wrong and annoyingly, making it actually worse than just a regular notes app todo list They (hilariously) try to get you to pay 30 dollars when you use any features like “memory”; they make you use virtual currency coins to pay to read your own notes. Worst of all, the delete account button is impossible to find on mobile, I had to get on a desktop to do it. I wasn’t going to review this app until they made it very hard to delete your account. Seriously awful, congrats devs you earned this **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear your experience wasn’t up to your standards. Would love to hear how a list is useless and you can turn off the AI if it isn’t what you’re looking for. Memory is actually a free view and action, and you can review all of your memories for free, the only coin one is the swipe to review and coins are earned for free just by using the app, so unfortunately this review is incorrect. You can also search in settings if you’re having a hard time finding anything. Always improving, but thank you for your input. Thank you - Parker ✌️❤️ ### 1/5 — new app is unusable *2026-05-13* i loved the old app and the new app is basically non-functional. sending random notifications, moving things or removing them from lists randomly, glitching when you’re trying to add stuff to a list, etc. i have to find a different app to replace this one now. **Developer response:** You can literally still use the old one. You can turn off the helpful notifications. Unusable is wild considering I’ve been using it for months without issues. Wish you would have reached out for help rather than trashing an app with a small team, but so it goes. Take care ✌️❤️ ### 1/5 — Terrible decision to replace app *2026-05-07* I really can’t explain how terrible of a business decision it was to fully replace the Twos app with this. I used Twos constantly, for work and personal to-dos. Upon upgrade, everything was worse. Settings were broken, daily to-dos got stuck on past days, errant notifications. So bad that I have now completely stopped using Twos and moved to another app. I went from probably being a top 1% power user to not using it at all in a matter of weeks. This is Sonos app level botching. **Developer response:** Hi wrongagainkevin, we didn’t fully replace the twos app. You can lstill use and download the twos app. This is a new one with a new name. Would you care to share what settings are broken, what are the errant notifications? I would expect you’d want to help the creators of a free tool that you’ve been benefitting from and still can rather than leaving a bad review. Take care ✌️❤️ ### 1/5 — No Login, No New Twos *2026-04-25* The app wouldn’t let me sign up with e-mail. It simply says unable to send an authentication code. Then when I try again it says too many requests… Pun not intended, but I only submitted two requests. **Developer response:** Hi DrewJCon, I’m sorry for your trouble. We had an issue with our email provider that we just fixed yesterday. I wish you would have reached out for help rather than leaving a one star review. I could have help. I set reminders to repeat certain days of the week but it’ll occasionally change the day of the week it reminds me and mess up my schedule. **Developer response:** Hi, I’m sorry to hear about the issues with repeat certain days of the week reminders. They were added recently and all of the ones I’ve tested with have worked correctly. Could you please email parker@twosapp.com with the specific one your setting that isn’t working? Sub- items do NOT gos up and down with main item. You need to expand all and move one by one. As well, full contents of item cannot be displayed at times when you scroll up or down. I hope the old version is not gone before the new is at least functioning like the old one in basic functions like the above. **Developer response:** Hi ioshp, the indented things functionality is the same as the last Twos. You can collapse the toggled heading and select to select all *things* underneath. You can also select multiple rings at once without needing to move one by one. We’ve explained that the old version isn’t going anywhere for now, so it’s unfortunate that you don’t trust us. Twos is a work in progress as Twos has always been for us. We’re here to constantly improve, fix bugs, and provide the best experience possible. Please reconsider your rating since it does negatively impact a team of two people and we’d hope you’d be more understanding so we can continue to help more people. I have somehow resisted the temptation to try to doist , notion, and any other PKM’s out there. Two just evolves with you as you grow. And the founder evolves as he grows too, so twos, the fruit of his labor, follows his growth. I’d recommend this to anyone who is ADHD, neurodivergent, scattered, multi passionate, and get a kick out of emptying their brain. **Developer response:** Thank you ❤️. I moved the original Twos off my Home Screen and made myself use NewTwos. After a few weeks, some configuration on my side, and an update or two from the developers, I am impressed. The connection with Apple reminders is clutch for me, I don’t need to choose…calmer brain. My rule is to use the text connection and done. When I need to talk it out-I do so right on the what’s on my mind page.
