## What is NEX APP?

The new NEX system consists of local controller equipped with the radio communication, external sensors: temperature, open door/ window and mobile application NEX APP.  
Apply the solution, which ensure thermal comfort at home specially adapted to your needs.
Towel rail equipped with the NEX heating element can be used as an electric dryer, local heater or as an additional source of heating in central heating radiators out of the heating season. 
Thanks to NEX APP application for mobile devices you can easily programme your heating devices.

Man weiß nie, ob der per App eingegebene Befehl bei der Heizung angekommen ist. Erfolgschance ca. 15%.
Nich intuitiv in der Bedienung. Sehr schwach.

Sterowanie tymi grzałkami działa raz na 10, nie da się podłączyć paru grzałek, aplikacja kompletnie denna. Pomoc techniczna nie istnieje. Nie kupujcie tego. Grzałka spaliła się po 56 dniach pracy( dane z aplikacji) dno i metr mułu za kupę kasy.

I purchased two towel dryers that have Heatq heaters in them. The key driver for purchasing them was exactly the possibility to fine tune settings via the app so the towel dryer becomes kind of “smart”.

The app has so many bugs that I’m feeling desperate and realize this product simply fails to work properly.

I have iOS, the setup flow is buggy - I only managed to set it up after I watched the video on YouTube that shows how to pair it, why don’t get the step by step wizard right in the app? Why do users needs to go to YouTube to figure out how to set it up!?

The schedule setup did not work for me at all - it is simply not saving in the device settings unless you specify the schedule for all days in a week.

There are buttons in the app that I simply don’t understand what they are doing and what’s the purpose of them - tried to find some manual in the internet but failed :(

If you are planning to purchase Heatq product for building your smart home - think twice, hope this feedback is helpful for developers.
