Now, all of a sudden when I open the app it stays on the welcome screen (white background with the red N in the middle). I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I thought the app was delayed in opening so I kept my screen on and let it “try” and open also to no avail. Please fix!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fast cash *2025-01-23* Fast cash hasn’t worked for over two years. ### 1/5 — fast cash *2024-12-20* it’s been over 2 years since the “fast cash” has been operating, there’s still issues with earning that cash back they so heavily promote everywhere in the mall and all the stores, which cause the people that work in the stores to constantly be yelled at over something that is out of their control. however if you contact support they will completely ignore all the key points in your email and say the same things they have been saying for years that “fast cash will be redeemable soon” the mall office is unhelpful and you only get a solution if your name holds some type of weight in the omaha/gretna community. it’s a joke. ### 1/5 — Can’t use FastCash *2024-06-30* I’ve been using the Nex app for Nebraska Crossing Outlets for quite some time now, but I am extremely disappointed. The app promises convenience, yet it has consistently failed to deliver on one crucial feature: using Fast Cash earned from purchases. Despite earning Fast Cash from multiple shopping trips, the app won’t allow me to redeem it. This issue has been ongoing for over a year, and there have been no updates or fixes. It’s frustrating to see this lack of support and responsiveness from the developers. Until this gets resolved, I can’t recommend this app to anyone looking to get the full benefit of their shopping rewards. ### 1/5 — App is not working & cannot cash my rewards *2024-05-29* It has been months the app connection with Facebook is broken so it’s stopping me from earning the rewards. I have the most updated version of the app ### 1/5 — It’s a joke *2023-11-16* Fast cash has been under construction for several months and no updates on when and if it will be back, the date keeps getting pushed back, what’s the point. ### 1/5 — Don’t download this! *2023-10-23* Just use the physical maps and the store rewards programs! This app is just scheme to get you to sign up for their shifty rewards program and harvest your information. You have to, for some reason, provide your credit card information to even sign up for their rewards program. Why?! And a lot of people online have had trouble using any rewards they do earn. Also the app tracks your location and shares it and your identity to third parties. I love fast cash! *2023-07-07* this app is amazing! i got a notification for a deal on the morgan saddle bag from coach and i HAD to buy it! also, fast cash is awesome! 10/10 ### 5/5 — I love getting rewarded to shop! *2021-12-30* I visited Nebraska in November and visited the Nebraska Shopping Center where there was messaging everywhere to download the NEX app to earn Fastcash for purchases made at the center. It took 30 seconds to download, create a profile and onboard my accts in order to get issued a virtual card which is where all the Cashback dollars get loaded and accumulate as more purchases are made. This is like a Mega Gift Card that keeps on giving. Wish this excited in a shopping center near me! ### 5/5 — Great update *2020-12-03* New app looks great!
