This update polishes Nexa's first screens.

• The consent checkboxes on the sign-up screen are now clearly visible. They used to blend into the dark background and were easy to miss — they now stand out, and the whole row is tappable.

• Pick your language during profile setup. Switch between English and French right on the screen, without having to finish signing up first.

• Go back to the login screen from profile setup if you need to switch accounts.
