## What is Nexac?

Nexac is your AI-powered health companion that keeps your medical life organized and easy. Store and find documents in seconds, set medication and follow-up reminders, share updates with family, and get practical help with appointments and insurance coverage—all in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add your clinics, doctors, and departments for quick access
• Upload documents: appointment cards, prescriptions, test reports, diagnosis notes, invoices, and more
• Ask Nexac (AI) to summarize documents and highlight meds, advice, and next steps
• Set reminders for medicines, checkups, and follow-ups—mark done or reschedule in a tap
• Discover available slots and reschedule appointments more easily
• Share a summary with family or caregivers via Care Circle (Owner/Admin/Member)
• Keep everything organized by condition, clinic, and visit status (Recovered/Ongoing/Follow-up needed)

KEY FEATURES
• AI Health Assistant: simple, friendly chat for explanations and next steps
• Smart Health Journal: organized records with images, PDFs, and notes
• Wellness Alerts: medication and appointment reminders you can act on
• Care Circle: secure sharing with roles and permissions
• Coverage Assist: upload policy details to understand likely benefits and costs
• Multi-Clinic: manage multiple clinics or hospitals from one app
• Multi-Language: English first, more languages coming

HOW IT WORKS

4. Ask questions in plain language whenever you need clarity
