However, when I am drafting a letter, or polishing a paragraph, I do not want a lengthy paragraph of advice. It was working fine, I was able to use on both my desktops at home and at work my ipad. 6-8 months ago, it stopped working on all devices except 1. I emailed but no response. In desparation, I subscribed a new account. It didn't work, though I paid for it. I could never get the 2nd account to work. Only a month ago I got a response !!! But they were not able to help and asked me to wait for the latest version 1.6 to become available for MAC. They did not refund me anything! I brought it up and they said they will extend my 1st account (still no credit for 2nd account) for one more month free. Well of course I didn't get the free month. They just charged my card last week for a subsription I was only able to use for a couple months, and another account that never worked! **Developer response:** Hi. Each time it opens I get an ad and the app no longer allows me to change settings from "short" and it no longer allows me to copy or share the resulting rewrite. This has been going on for a few weeks and despite my paying through next December it is virtually useless. I'm on a deadline for certain projects and the only support available takes 24 to 48 hours. As AI improves through the years into the future these minor things will be resolved. Its is the editor correcting the editor. It doesn't do all the work for you it is equal as a partner. It will generate story for you but you will have to develop the story so you are still doing the work as a writer. I have my own original stories I need an editor and AI is perfect for that and I have speed on my side if I wish to make quick changes. This AI is not as fast as some others but slow down and enjoy the coffee. In the future it will be hold your horses. I question the quality of anyone who can pump out a whole novel in one week.
