Never properly, cannot use features because there is always an “error”. Too hard to navigate and minimal information shown. Plus I get a thousand notifications for a message which is never there. Does my head in. For a company like so would expect better. Plus the website also does my head in too at times. Dealers pay Carsales a lot of money every month, yet Autogate is still slow, buggy and poorly designed. Considering the massive amounts of money they rake in from us dealers, you would think they could afford a developer who knows what they’re doing. Constant crashes, constantly forces me to log out, push notifications never work. Has to be manually quit and re opened several times per day. The customer based Carsales app is beautifully designed and works well, is it a different dev team for this app? One thing that is rather annoying is the inability to copy customers numbers or emails to message, WhatsApp or email them. Please change this.
