It constantly crashes and logs you out. The concept is good, but it just doesn’t work properly. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-07-03* Constantly logs you out randomly for no reason. Makes it a pain, when you have arrive onsite, or when I need a signature, the customer has to wait for me to log in. You start driving and realize you need to tap “left job”, but you’re logged out again, and I know for a fact, people are driving and typing in a password. That’s an unnecessary safety hazard on the roads. There’s nothing on there that’s some high security risk. God forbid someone gets ahold of my phone and sees how many hours I worked!! Even when I have good service, the old windows 95 ball is rolling “downloading” “saving”. Freezing up etc. it just seems like how apps were in the beginning of smart phones. ### 1/5 — Terribly slow *2025-05-22* Straight out of windows 95 and my old dial up internet….very slow…has to save/wait everything you do…what money is saved by having and app is gone and then some because of waiting around for a stupid app to load….better iff using paper… ### 1/5 — Crashes consistently *2024-09-19, version 2024.1.0* The only thing that you can count on about this App is that it’s going to crash consistently and not load your tickets like it should. There is no way that I would waste my money on this program if I was in charge of the company. It is a constant hassle for customers to wait on this to load so they can sign at the end of the job. ### 1/5 — No good *2023-12-21, version 2023.1.400* After I start a ticket and do my inspection checklist, start my time, type in comments, I have to do it all over again when I check back in to end my time. It wipes everything clean everyday. What can I say, I would not recommend this program at all. I just tried logging on and it crashed twice in a row before finally working. Once I got on it was saying my job ticket was incomplete. Problem was I already completed it earlier and it would not let me finish the ticket out. I would rather write them down on a sheet of paper, and drive that sheet of paper an hour away to the shop to turn them in. I would go above and beyond to never touch this app again. Every update somehow brings a more annoying stupid issue that makes the app even more unusable. It has twice gone down for days which means I had to manufacture the times on tickets from 2 days passed the. Pay someone to go and get the ticket signed. It’s terrible. Deletes input if not saved after each process. Work performed in the field is immediately accessible to our office staff! I highly recommend scheduling a demo and seeing it for yourself!
