I use this app as its required with a Camera I bought, the app has been pasting the contents of the clipboard for no justifiable reason, its been now seen through iOS16, this needs to be updated or I shall find other products. Giving it 1 Star till this gets resolved

I got this camera for my daughter cause she thought her cousins were stealing her pens. I tried connecting it to my phone but it kept giving me an error. So I refreshed the app than tried getting on the app but it kept kicking me out. Than I deleted it and I’m downloading it again. But it’s downloading very slowly 😔

It takes too long to load even though my connection is good. Sometimes it loads the playback but all I see is a white screen but no footage and I can hear the audio.

**Developer response:** Regarding  this issue, we would suggest you as follows: 
Go to NexHT Home app> Setting> Advanced media settings> Choose "Software decoding". If it was set to software decoding by default, please change to hardware decoding and then choose Software decoding again. 
One more thing, please put the camera near the router, the best distance is about 16 feet, thank you.

Configured it inside, horizontal. It was Ok. Moved it outside to the ceiling and was fine except that the view did not reach the floor (about 3 meters). Tried to reconfigure but now does not connect to the wifi. Ideas, please.

### 4/5 — Took some time to set up but it works good

It took several attempts to get the cam to connect with the initial setup.  Here’s what I learned:

 The cam works when the USB is plugged into a power socket, but it doesn’t connect to the app on the initial setup.  I tried several times but it did not work.  I loaded a 64GB microSD into the cam and it still didn’t connect.  Finally, I plugged the cam directly into my desktop PC USB, still with the microSD loaded.  This time it successfully connected to the app and I was able to configure it.

  After this I unplugged the cam and installed it at the location where it would monitor.  The cam immediately connected to the wi-fi and I could view it with the app.  Powering down the cam and re-starting it did not erase or reset the connection.

I had to change my review from a 1 to a 5 These were a bit hard to get started due to the app not functioning , but it finally either fixed itself or it may have been the user. 
So far I have set up 3 of them and they seem to be working very well. I like the tracking and IR lighting on these. 
I hope they last .. but I’m giving these a 5 star as of now.
