Thank a lot! ### 1/5 — Inutile e macchinosa *2024-11-01, version 8.4.0* Un banale doppione (inutile) di qualunque app della vostra banca. Un disastro cercare di aggiungere carte per usare Apple Pay - per la verifica bisogna usare la app, ma poi anche chiamare, dove ti istruiscono su cosa fare per la app! Inutile e macchinosa. Magari bisognerebbe imparare che non serve un’app per tutto. ### 1/5 — App per banca peggiore di questa difficile da trovare *2024-09-25, version 8.1.0* Ho il conto con Credem, non riesco a verificare da giorni la carta su Apple Wallet per un errore non ben specificato. Servizio clienti praticamente inesistente… non ho ricevuto nessun aiuto concreto. ### 1/5 — App non funziona *2019-11-28, version 5.3.0* Non consente la rateizzazione. “Generic error on REST side” tutte le volte che si tenta di rateizzare una spesa. Ho chiamato il servizio clienti, ma a quanto pare è un errore di sistema. Inutilizzabile. ### 1/5 — Bug ultima versione? *2019-10-19* Da quando avete rilasciato la nuova versione non riesco più ad accedere. Quando tento di accettare termini e condizioni mi restituisce il messaggio “Alt! Abbiamo riscontrato un errore. Riprova più tardi.” Al successivo tentativo mi ripropone nuovamente termini e condizioni. Il problema ce l'ho sia su iPhone 11 che su iPhone SE, mentre entro tranquillamente dalla versione desktop. La valutazione riflette l'impossibilità all'utilizzo della app, sarò lieta di cambiarla quando avrete risolto. But there is not.
