## What is Nexicall?

Nexicall is the CRM for people who sell by phone.

Most CRMs are built for typing. Nexicall is built for talking: prepare a call in seconds, log it the moment you hang up, and never lose a follow-up again.

BEFORE THE CALL
Open a contact and see what actually matters — the open deal, your last conversations, what they cared about, and an AI insight drawn from your own call history. Then start the call from the same screen.

AFTER THE CALL
The logging sheet opens by itself. Set the outcome, topic, deal value and a note in a few taps, or dictate it as a voice memo. Duration is captured automatically, to the second.

NEVER LOSE A FOLLOW-UP
Set a recall interval per contact, or let each category use its own default. Your daily list shows exactly who is due today, so nothing goes cold in a forgotten notebook.

BIRTHDAYS THAT GET USED
A time-sensitive reminder on the day, then a personal greeting by WhatsApp, SMS or email — with an AI-drafted message you can edit before you send it.

YOUR PHONE'S CONTACTS, IN SYNC
Two-way sync with your device address book: mobile, landline and fax numbers plus postal addresses. Edits flow both ways, and deletions are handled conservatively so you never lose a contact by accident.

Move deals through your own stages, see a weighted forecast, and keep the value of every close attached to the contact who earned it.

Every new Nexicall account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card and no purchase required. After the trial, Nexicall Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or annually, with the price for your country shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Team administration is handled in the Nexicall web app.

Nexicall 1.0.1 — fixes from the first weeks of real use.

- Deals show their contact again. Nearly every deal had an empty contact card; all of them are repaired.
- Pipeline stages are translated. A German, Spanish or Portuguese pipeline no longer shows English stage names.
- A deal's history shows every version, not just the one before it.
- Home leads with the numbers that matter, and the Morning briefing keeps up through the day instead of freezing on what it said at dawn.
- "Call again" is sorted by the date it actually shows you.
- Deal reminders load on a cold start.
- A stalled write no longer holds up everything queued behind it.
- Nexicall asks before uploading your device contacts.
- Contacts with no gender on file get a suggestion you can confirm, so greetings read correctly.
