Looks like the login issue has been resolved. Once in the app it’s kinda cool. Easy to see my claim and pull up my card.

Worst service ever, no direct billing. Submitted a claim for for 2 corrective lenses. Paid 550$ out of pocket, to find out my claim is denied after 10 business days. Get denied for coverage that’s owed.
Get hung up on.

I called the customer service number. The lady who picked up the call was extremely rude and I am shocked that she cut the call when I asked about my claim amount which had been showing pending for 2 months. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that! Very disappointed and upset.

This company’s customer service team is just ridiculous. I call the member line and reach voice mail, waiting weeks for approval, no managers to speak to. What a ridiculous company lol
