For quite some time now I have been unable to withdraw, and little to no help from their response team. 

The app won’t allow me to add my phone number, despite multiple attempts. As a result, my funds are locked in my account.

The interest rates are not as advertised! You will only get the advertised rates if you invest 1M$ in Nexo crypto! 
Also, not straightforward to find the actual interest rates, and how much you are earning on regular basis!

The initial numbers that you see are misleading. You will only get 12.5% if you have 1M dollar invested. 
Also the app is not user friendly. It’s very hard to find the numbers. 
On top of that, high commissions.

Love it. Been around almost 10 years and getting better every year, as of they weren’t great before.  The customer service is second to none and they are fully insured. Do yourself a favor and start dealing with NEXO.  Your future self will thank you.

Después de un tiempo accedí a hacerlo, deposite pesos y no me dejaba operar, comprar USDC que era para lo que la quería, y de yapa me congelaron la cuenta. Tuve que esperar 20 minutos para que una persona apareciera en el chat. Un estrés. ALÉJENSE DE ESTOS LOCOS NO TIENEN IDEA LO QUE HACEN!

Unequivocally the worst crypto company that's been created. Their business model is unsustainable, they can't figure out how to onboard new members. I imagine their work day is just staring at a computer trying to figure out how to get past the "enter your pin" screen while they scream like monkeys

Used nexo years ago for staking XRP was good. Left and came back. Their CS is incompetent, their tech doesn’t feel premium I say this because after they make me verify my account, they say “activation will only be a couple minutes” I do ALL KYC, SSN, picture, face scan you name it. But their CS plays games, never helping and just routing you to others. It’s been a week, still cannot do anything. I closed account for good. I’m requesting all data be removed from platform.. chuz now they are just as sketchy as any custodial platform. Careful people..
