NexPass provides a safe and secure touchless parking experience. It is the easiest, and quickest way to park and pay at Nexus Parking Systems. Easily Find Nexus Parking Locations and navigate to them using Google, Apple, or Waze. Download, Register, and Park, it’s that easy! All Participating garages will be equipped with a QR code at the entrance and exit for use by daily and monthly parkers. Simply scan the QR code to enter and start your parking session. When you are ready to leave scan the QR code at the exit and pay securely using your phone. I had already left my car because I had to catch my train so I had to call my girlfriend and have her do it for me. I ended up getting a ticket because I spent 45 minutes trying to get it to work. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an app. It’s like they’re in kahoots with the train station trying to rob people. DON’T use this if you’re considering it for your business. ### 5/5 — I generally don’t write reviews, but I wanted the developers to know they are doing a good job *2026-06-08, version 6.81.1* I just downloaded the app today. Added my car and drove to the garage within a span of 15 mins. It auto linked my car and shows my session as well as elapsed time so I can plan accordingly. I love that they have the option to expire with rental end dates so you don’t accidentally leave it hanging in the app. Seems the features are pretty well thought out for a parking app. ### 1/5 — Payments *2026-04-06, version 6.79.1* This app is horrendous. I’ve used 4 different functional credit cards and it constantly says the payment is failed. If I leave after office hours I’m stuck in the garage till I can mess with the app and eventually can finally leave. The on-site parking attendants are literally illiterate (which I know is site specific but it makes the situation worse when they don’t know the difference between “access” and “exit”). And I’m completely fed up with this system. The readers rarely work and then you are stuck waiting for assistance who tell you the same old recommendations to scan the QR code. I am a monthly pass user I know how to use the app. If your number plate readers do not recognize my car but still open it should not be my job to keep track of if a session was created or not. Before you increase the parking fees you need to work on making sure that your system works efficiently.
