## What is Nexplore Punchlist?

Capture, snap, track and report defects with ease. These actions are all important Quality controls for our customers.


Nexplore Punchlist is a Defect Management System designed for construction projects to manage the entire defect lifecycle. From raising, fixing, re-inspection to closing defects whether online or offline depending on network coverage the app is cloud enabled for easy storage anywhere.


Take photos with the option to annotate, record voice memos, produce reports and upload specific floorplans which are all attachable to defects for effective communications. Generate instant notifications and reminders automatically.


This system caters use for Main contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Clients. Dashboard are also provided to manage and monitor the overall defect management process.


Save time and effort the Nexplore Punchlist app is comes with a web-based central platform loaded with features:
