The ring only connects if it’s on the charger. While it’s on the charger it says it needs an update but to update you have to take it off the charger, which then disconnects from your device and does nothing. Zero instructions in the manual or online. Absolute waste of time and money

Muy buen producto, me encanta su anillo, me permite medir la calidad de mi sueño, algo muy importante para mí porque sufro de insomnio y con esto puedo controlar cuantas horas estoy durmiendo al día. Me lleva las estadísticas, la verdad es muy práctico.
