I’m a client advisor in luxury retail, and my client relationships have always been scattered across texts, DMs, and whatever the store’s outdated CRM can handle. Just started using Nexsa and it’s already fixing that.

Being able to build actual Shopspaces for my clients, curated by their taste and not just a generic new-arrivals blast, changes how personal the experience feels. My clients are noticing the difference. I can share a new collection with fifteen people at once and it still feels like I’m reaching out to each of them individually, not mass-texting.

The client management side is what’s sold me so far. Having preferences (sizes, brands, styles) organized in one place means I’m not relying on memory or old notes before a big appointment. It’s making me faster and sharper with recommendations, which matters when someone’s deciding on a five-figure piece. Before this, I was basically running my client book through Instagram DMs, which meant important conversations got buried under everything else and I had no real system for tracking who wanted what. Nexsa keeps it all in one place instead.

This is the app I’m glad I found. If you’re in luxury sales and still juggling Instagram and five other apps to manage your book, give it a try.
