No access, customer service like stay busy and there’s no way to check ya balance or anything! This is a terrible debit card I promise you ### 1/5 — Nexs card *2024-12-24* This card is terrible . When any access to my money is upsetting. Nobody wants to go through that not knowing what’s going on with your money and can’t see your balance due to the app not working this is definitely not worth it. ### 5/5 — Don’t lose your money *2023-01-22* I’ve had this card for 5 plus years I’ve lost it a few times but I was using it to get paid from my job and lost the card as usual but this time when I lost it I had money on the card and someone went shopping with my money I think called a cut the card off but it was to late the damage was already done over a 1000 spent with no Id or PIN code I filed a dispute but it was denied so my money was basically taken and I wasn’t able to do nothing now all cards are protected against brought their federally insured and they still just kept my money if this happened and I was using a real bank account I would have had my money back same day but this ppl are so greedy they kept my money NexsCard is not a good card to have they don’t protect there customers against fraud and charge for everything every transaction is going to cost u plus u barely get ppl who speak English on the phone when calling and they don’t practice fraud protection take it from me as a consumer they will let anyone who finds your card can just walk into any store and spend your money on this they want like or need so nexus is not a far company doing business like this ### 3/5 — Frustrating *2018-08-20* Ok so I had this app since it came out and was loving everything about it. The updates the way the whole app was set up. I got a new phone and lost all my apps and had to re-download this app again and forgot my username. This is were the frustrating comes. There is know were in the app to be able to to recover ur username if u forget it. U can recover your password but I forgot my username and there’s no way to get back in the app even if I got the right password. Please fix this ASAP!!!!
