This is every single time and it’s very inconvenient for me at work. If I have enough room in my phone to keep taking pictures, it needs to upload from my storage to the cloud. When connected to WiFi, it doesn’t even upload then. When I delete 500 photos and empty the trash, it doesn’t upload. When my battery is above 20% and charging, it still doesn’t upload, even on WiFi. For years your photo solution has made my job harder and more time consuming than it needs to be, it’s beyond ridiculous having to sound crazy when explaining this to my boss who has no idea what it’s like using this app for work 7 days a week. ### 2/5 — No customization *2025-10-03, version 3.30.1* I’m a clumsy guy so I always make small mistakes with typos or forgot to add something in photos so the fact that there is no option to delete or edit just about anything like my notes or an album is downright ridiculous. In what world would there be no editing option or delete option it’s a basic need for every app yet there is none. I’m dealing with an error sync issue that has been going on for years. I could have full service on my phone and be connected to Wi-Fi and I’ll still get images that can’t upload make it make sense. ### 1/5 — years of terrible performance *2025-07-01, version 3.29.0* if you want your company running a glitchy overmodified generic business template of a software program from the 90’s for all of its client data this is it. Should have been a completely functional product from the start, shame on you guys for making us the beta testers all these years. Online,mobile, you name it. It is all awful. It is riddled with bugs. The UI looks like something from Windows 95 and the support is even worse than the actual software and that’s saying a lot. There are frustrating moments when the app still crash or sometimes not save photos when the technicians take them on job sites.. It regularly kicks you out of the app and won’t let you back in with the password that was working 2 minutes ago and still works fine for the online version. When you can finally log in it’s clunky and takes way to many clicks and menus to accomplish anything ### 1/5 — don’t bother with the app *2026-06-18, version 3.34.4* the only reason I ever use the app is to upload photos. that is unfortunately the most unreliable part of this app as I have years of missing photos and no idea stuff never finished uploading. Proof is when I look at the total in the phone album always being higher than the count in dash. Also, the note submit button crashing as soon as you hit submit has to be intentional, like how can an app wait to break on you the second you hit save? For years??? It’s always been guaranteed to make your work life more annoying and tedious than it should be. Photos flipping around or reorganizing themselves out of sequence upon upload. Randomly freezing and glitching out. And just overall poor mechanics and a clunky feel to how things are put together ### 1/5 — ai photo scanning ?? *2025-12-14, version 3.33.0* Every photo I upload gets extremely questionable inaccurate tags like it’s being scanned by a broken nextgear built AI. Nearly every file I upload photos to gets a MOLD label when there is clearly none, while struggling to finish uploading all the photos in the first place. The team made it super simple to get everything up and running as quickly as possible. What sets DASH apart is their team of experts that are very knowledgeable in specific areas and are always available to help. It does exactly what it's supposed to do:  helps us stay organized, document jobs, and sync with DASH in real time. The ability to upload photos, notes, and signatures on the go makes our crews more efficient and cuts down on back and forth. Recent updates have definitely improved stability and performance, which we appreciate. Could the interface be a little more modern? Sure. And offline access can be spotty in remote areas. But overall, the app delivers where it counts.
