At times it doesn’t work all together and is simply just offline. How can this happen? ### 1/5 — Not syncing to Apple Health *2025-10-23, version 7.37.1* Since a major update I. The app’s core function is to allow bookings for classes & to check on those that have been booked. The upgrade fails spectacularly in that task. Also …. to cancel a class 2 hours before, … a minute to late and you are in trouble, but circumstances don’t give you the time 😡🤬 Guys make this App work smoothly, I am not willing to reset my password every week!!! ### 1/5 — Not a great app *2023-05-08, version 6.5.23* This app is setting me up for failure, I keep cancelling classes that I can’t attend and it will say I’ve cancelled but then I’ll still get a no show email about it, I’ve also been booked into things on the app that I haven’t actually booked in to, and wont let me cancel through the app. This app needs work, I pay good money to come to this place, I just expected a better app ### 1/5 — Why bother *2023-03-07, version 6.5.8* It is useless. Cumbersome to use, can’t find classes so can’t book in advance. It doesn’t open up and cover the screen of my iPad, but it is bigger than the image on my iPhone so it is a bit easier to read. Why spend all that money to develop an app that is unusable. Such a waste of money for the club. ### 1/5 — Diabolical App *2022-08-09, version 6.5.8* This app is terrible. Prepare for a hour to register ! It is not practical at all. Once registered you will miss your classes and lose not only to exercise but the motivation to lixe! Clumsy and difficult to use on an iPhone12 . Will not accept suggested password and every time you use the app on your phone you have manually type in your password again.
