It’s not possible to insure a house for 34$ a month max, most homes are 100-200

App exits itself after searching

### 3/5 — Idea is nice, but the app has bugs

The default interest rate can not be updated, which makes the result off all the time. You have to adjust it every time manually. Also the previous search history is not remembered that it is default to Austin every time opening the app after close.

Thank you much for reporting the bugs. On the next version, will be publishing in 2-3 weeks, will have the interest rate bug resolved. It will also have the updated "Find House" feature bug fixed; it will remember the last city you selected. 
As of right now, it's a one man show. Your feedbacks are very important. Based on the users feedbacks and feature request, we will be pushing new features.

Used the tool for a while and found it super useful for investment decisions. In particular, the rent estimate is pretty accurate.
