I was directed by my car OEM to use it, VIN lookup worked, pictures worked, etc. Upload and signing worked. No complaints. ### 1/5 — Refuses all VINs, support line is unmanned *2026-02-26* Garbage app. I can’t even get started with this app, because it requires a license plate or a VIN to get started, but their lookup engine is broken. The app pops up a window suggesting that you call a support number. Those folks pick up the phone and inform you that they only support dealers… then they transfer you over to consumer support which promptly drops you into a voicemail box where your message will never ever be returned. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-03-20* It took me 40 minutes to complete the assessment but when trying to submit the assessment the app throws an error and nothing happens. Waste of time. ### 1/5 — Didn’t Work *2025-02-05* Called the support number and they had no information about the app at all. ### 1/5 — Can’t tell if it works or not *2022-05-24* I submitted the information and photos asked of me through the app and it was very slow on confirmation. Although I was advised that I would get a response from the information I provided I did not hear anything. I tried to open the app to get contact info but the app just goes into a boot up phase and never launches. I should have just made an appointment with a live person to come in and do the inspection.
