Terri listened to all my wants and needs to find me again and get healthy. She took the time to understand why I have struggled in the past after being a college athlete. I have knowledge about fitness and eating healthy but I can’t ever get it right. Terri took the time to walk me through the nutrition side of things and helped me understand everyone’s sensitivity’s and the way their body works are going to be different. She helped me not get discouraged when we tried one route and it wasn’t working. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and it’s tough to find things I can eat and enjoy. We have found the route that works for me and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I can really make this my lifestyle. Terri’s app is awesome as well and easy to use. You also have access to Terri basically all the time. If you are questioning going with her, do it! She will change your mind, body and I swear it’s helped me in every avenue in life.
