There is always someone in front of you who can help you grow, and someone behind you who you can help grow. That idea sits at the heart of Next Level Mentoring, and most people here do both. You can find a mentor for where you want to go, and mentor someone else at the same time. Good mentoring reaches into every part of working life. That might be stepping into leadership, building your confidence, starting something of your own, finding your way through a big organisation, or looking after your wellbeing along the way. When you join, you tell us what you want to work on. You add your industry and career stage, and any preferences about who you match with. We match you on the same basis, so the people you meet are relevant to where you are and where you want to head. Mentoring others matters just as much. If you are ready to give back, you can sign up to mentor, describe what you are good at in your own words, and be matched with people who would value it. Every mentor completes short training first, so mentees are in good hands and mentors feel supported in the role. What you get: • Thoughtful matching based on what you want to work on, plus your situation and preferences • Real profiles written by mentors themselves, so you know who you are talking to before you reach out • A guide for your first meeting, plus regular check-ins that keep things on track • Built-in training for mentees and mentors • A clear code of conduct, and a simple way to raise a concern, so every relationship stays safe and respectful The next level in Next Level Mentoring is your next level. We are here to help you reach it, and to help you lift someone else on the way. Available in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland and Singapore. ## Is Next Level Mentoring safe?
