It is difficult to navigate and scheduling an appointment is impossible. Constantly receive error messages and just not user friendly. ### 3/5 — Ehh *2025-01-22, version 3.0.14* IMO the older version of the app was better. I was forced to add myself and my children although logged in. Additionally, the wording on some parts was somewhat off. ### 2/5 — Poor UX *2024-12-31, version 3.0.13* Generally poor UX. Onboarding was strange, as I’m already a customer and it made me feel like I was creating a new account, which other people seem to have a struggle with as well. Then the content within the app, when viewing past visits they are summarized in an external PDF that the app opens in an embedded browser. Insurance data does not seem to be tied to my account, and payment data is not on the app. Make at least one experience, app or web able to handle everything - that is not currently the case, as each are broken in their own right. I did like being able to browse locations and seeing how many patents are waiting in line on the application. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-09-16, version 3.0.5* The new version of this app is terrible i can’t add any dependents to be able to make an appointment for them no matter how many times I’ve tried. Got the new app and now can’t add my child to schedule an appointment ### 4/5 — It’s ok. *2021-07-19, version 1.0.59* I chose next in line option. I actually could have made an appointment and it would have been quicker at my location. But that is one the site and not the app. My only concern is, it will tell you your real time next in line after you have registered. Once you close down app and reopen that real time is gone. Very frustrating! ### 1/5 — App not working *2020-12-19, version 1.0.59* The app as of right now, December of 2020, does not even work properly. Whenever you click on the “Schedule an Appointment” option it literally takes you off the app instead and redirects you onto their time slot system on a web browser, which doesn’t even provide any time slots to patients on their website for them to book an appointment. The supervisors who oversee the digital and web-based applications, programs, and systems for next level urgent care should consider making sure their websites and apps are up-to-date and functioning properly for all patients. ### 2/5 — Line *2020-12-11, version 1.0.58* Signed up and exited the app then the app won’t tell me my place!!! They said I could call or use the app so I decided to try the app. Well according to the app there is no urgent care anywhere but TX. I'm not from TX and faAr from it. ### 1/5 — The Absolute Worse *2020-01-22, version 1.0.48* It’s the next level to socialized medicine, I suspect. They don’t answer phones at the clinic serving my area; you must leave a message and they will “promptly return your call”, or so they say (but never do). Moreover, they should remove the word “Urgent” from the business name (visits are by appointment only). So, if you’re sick, I mean REALLY sick, and want to visit the Richmond, TX facility, I suggest you try somewhere else! Although it isn’t the only provider in town, they sure do act like it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible interface *2026-08-02, version 4.0.4* I was trying to schedule a physical and the app and web page kept freezing up after I put my address in. ### 1/5 — Can't switch patients *2025-12-08, version 3.0.37* Since downloading the update (that I was forced to do) I cannot switch patients to make appointments for other people in my family. I tried to use the chat function and after the bot connected me with an agent it was crickets, no one was saying anything. ### 1/5 — Can’t schedule an appointment *2025-12-04, version 3.0.37* This app doesn’t work. It won’t let me schedule an appointment. Also tried to use the chat function. No real human is there. It’s just a bot. So it was useless. The human it said I would transfer me to never showed up in the chat. ### 1/5 — Worthless app, just go into the office *2025-07-15, version 3.0.27* The app does not reflect the level of care in person fortunately. Each update seems to decrease the usefulness of the app. Only one dependent can be entered into the app. Adding another family member requires the 1st dependent to approve access to the app & they become the guarantor with no other options. Calling to get in line is not much better. If you need medical care, NextLevel is the best option. Just walk in and talk to the person behind the desk. Only wait to reduce chance of 6 people going before you while the app shows you are “NEXT” ### 1/5 — Not usable *2024-12-18, version 3.0.12* There’s no way to log in when using the app. I’ve gone through the same email/phone number verification + verifying some general demographic information just to say I already have an account and I need to Sign In again (like 7-8 times). It’s not usable in this state for individuals who are trying to log in now ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2024-11-01, version 3.0.9* At some point this became useless. My history is no longer in app and I have no option to close my account. Location is not identifying anything actually near my updated address.
