This yoga studio will not blow you out with crazy difficult postures or esoteric meditations. There is no ego driven teacher trying to prove to the student “how amazingly fit, advanced or enlightened” he is. It is a sustainable practice that has you come back for more. 👍👍👍

I have tried other yoga apps and this is by far the best one!!  It really feels like a true yoga class -  always feels personal and like Pedro is talking directly to me. His cuing of breath and awareness is spot on, and his humor helps me lighten up. The variety in length and style of classes offer is a big draw too.
