They will not answer you're calls or emails. I was traumatized. I was giving a list of empties of approximately 15 to 20 which I didn’t find any. I was at end of my service hours. Call dispatch and rep sent email to allow me to leave facility the rep at yard still didn’t allow me to leave at first. I almost was at the point of calling the police. Is there a way to add another option to upload pictures proving what time an owner operator like myself arrived at the port? They say we’ll check the gps to see when you arrived at the port but sometimes don’t have service in the port to track your arrival time and pay discrepancy will happen as it did for me.
