## What is NEXT?

You open your phone to relax. Forty minutes later you are still scrolling, and your free time is gone.

That is not a willpower problem. It is a decision problem. When you are tired, choosing what to do feels harder than doing nothing. NEXT removes the choosing.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell NEXT how you feel: tired, stressed, down, energized, good, or just neutral.
2. Set how much time you have, from 5 minutes to 3+ hours.
3. Optionally add where you are and what you want: relax, be productive, have fun, move, learn, connect, or surprise me.
4. Get ONE clear, doable action with a short reason why it fits this moment. Not a list. Not a feed. One thing.
5. Press START. A countdown with a progress ring keeps you on it. Not feeling it? Tap GIVE ME ANOTHER. Save what works. Share what surprises you.

When you finish, NEXT asks one question: how do you feel now? Your answer teaches it what works for you, privately, on your device.

WHAT YOU GET
- 204 curated actions across 12 categories: relax, mindfulness, movement, outdoors, productivity, organization, social, learning, creativity, home, entertainment, micro-adventures
- Works 100 percent offline, instantly
- Countdown timer with progress ring, pause, and finish
- Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while an action runs
- Home Screen widgets: daily suggestion and quick ask
- History with stats: NEXTs completed, minutes reclaimed from scrolling, day streak
- Dark and light mode. English, Romanian, and Italian

REAL AI, FULLY PRIVATE
On supported devices with iOS 26, NEXT uses on-device Apple Intelligence to generate personalized suggestions. Nothing leaves your phone. No account. No cloud. Everywhere else, the curated offline engine takes over instantly. A safety filter blocks unsafe or unhealthy suggestions.

No tracking. No ads. Your moods, history, and preferences stay on your device.

WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone with free time and no plan: after work, between meetings, on a Sunday afternoon, in a hotel room far from home. If you have ever lost an evening to a feed, NEXT was built for you.

NEXT is not a chatbot, a calendar, a to-do list, or a habit tracker. It is not therapy or medical advice. It is a decision engine for real life: you bring the moment, it brings the move.

Everything included from day one. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases.

Your feed will still be there tomorrow. Your evening will not. NEXT. Your next move.
