Then when I contacted live support told me I needed to spend the money and deposit again to receive the bonus. Turned the money over withdrew and on next deposit told me I am not eligible anymore. They will say anything to get money in the account but never actually give you the bonus bets. ### 1/5 — Scammed My $13,000 Bonus Bets *2025-05-21* Dishonest operator who stole & scammed $13,000 of my bonus bets after enticing me to join them via an agent. I rightly earned it but I couldn’t use the bonus bets to bet & used my real money to bet, some bets lost & 2 bets won! So they think I’m a cheater! The introducing agent told me I’ve been banned/restricted to be and then they stole my $13,000 bonus! Now they say under their T&Cs that they can take them away. Stay away from this scamming operator. I will complain to the NT Gambling commission & Ombudsman! This is a Dodgy operator.
