## What is NextAgency Agency Management?

NextAgency Agency Management puts your NextAgency CRM in your pocket. Built for licensed insurance brokers, agents, and their staff, it gives you secure, on-the-go access to the cases, contacts, benefits, and tasks you manage every day.

Sign in with your organization's NextAgency account and work from anywhere:

• Cases — Browse and search your entire book of business. View business details, market segment, sales status, stage, assigned broker, addresses, and key dates.

• Contacts & Employees — Look up names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses. Add and edit contacts and employees, including dependents, right from your phone.

• Benefits & Policies — Review carriers, policy numbers, product types, premiums, deductibles, and renewal dates for each case.

• Notes & Tasks — Capture notes, create follow-up tasks with due dates and priorities, and keep your team aligned while you're in the field.

• Offline access — Recently viewed data is cached securely so you can keep browsing even without a connection.

Security comes first. NextAgency Agency Management uses OAuth 2.0, communicates only over HTTPS, and stores credentials in your device's encrypted keychain. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs — your data flows only between your device and your organization's NextAgency server.

NextAgency Agency Management is a companion app for existing NextAgency customers. A valid NextAgency account issued by your organization's administrator is required to sign in.

- Tasks tab crashed on cases with assigned tasks
- Due dates showed "Unknown" and overdue tasks were never flagged
- Benefit dates were a day early west of UTC — and the picker could save the wrong day
- Nav menu wouldn't close when scrolling, searching, filtering, or opening a case
- Note assignees showed [object Object]
- Age field removed from the employee form — it could never be populated; returns when the API supports birthdates
