## What is nexTalker?

nexTalker puts your business phone and CRM in your pocket: calls, texts, contacts and deals in one place, with an AI receptionist for when your team is busy. It is the mobile companion to nexTalker for teams whose accounts are set up by their organization.

YOUR BUSINESS LINE ON YOUR IPHONE
- Business calls ring like any call, even when the app is closed or the phone is locked.
- Answer, hold, transfer to a teammate or to a whole team, and leave a voicemail on outbound calls.
- Call lists help you work through callbacks one after another.

AI ANSWERS. YOU STEP IN.
- Your organization's AI agent can answer calls and texts when nobody is free.
- Take over any time with the whole conversation in front of you.

EVERY CONVERSATION IN ONE PLACE
- Calls, texts, website chats and email live on the customer's history.
- Reply to a text straight from the notification.
- Templates and scheduled texts for the messages you send every day.

YOUR CRM ON THE GO
- Your pipeline by stage: move deals forward, add notes and tasks, and see recent activity.
- Contacts and companies, so you know the customer before you pick up.
- Scan a business card or a screenshot into a new contact.
- Your iPhone contacts are read on your phone. One is added to nexTalker only when you choose.

KEEP THE NEXT STEP MOVING
- Follow-ups and tasks in one Work list, with reminders.
- A home screen widget, quick actions and Focus support for Do Not Disturb.

nexTalker accounts are created by your organization's administrator. If your team does not use nexTalker yet, visit nextalker.com.
