After a couple calls to text support.. I was told that this app is made to use in UK. Not in USA… I’m going to return this dash cam. ### 2/5 — Library sync issues *2026-07-13* Setup was easy, it appears to be connecting to my phone without issue, it shows it’s recording just fine - the microsd is showing it has loop footage and protected footage on it - but when it comes to viewing the library of footage in the app it doesn’t show anything. At all. Going to get a microsd/iPhone adapter and see if I can view files that way. Which is a shame, a major reason I purchased this was the ability to connect to the camera on the road/in the field and view footage quickly. We’ll see if/how the footage appears once I get to actually view it. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service *2026-07-04* Never order from this brand but if you do pray you get your whole order. I didn’t receive all that I payed for when I ordered and customer support has been so unhelpful and frustrating.
